100kg+ Friends - Motivation Required (T25er & Everyone Else welcome)

I have been on here a while and have never really stuck to things which sucks. So I'm looking for like minded people who are also struggling to offer and receive support over this journey.

I'm 6ft, 106kgs at 23 years of age I should be ashamed of myself letting myself get this way since from a young age I was always active and loved doing everything out doors.

If you feel you could offer support or would like to receive support I would love an add?

Also I am starting T25 27th October, so anyone doing that too advice would be great.

Well, after reading this and your profile, I suggest you being more kind to yourself. Motivation is tough to keep sometimes, and the best motivation is seeing yourself succeed. IMO, you NEED to be committed to a change, before you can believe you can. Good luck! I hear good things out of T25!

I must admit reading it again it does seem that way, it was never my intention to come across that way

Motivation is the one thing not actually required to lose weight.
