Hi all
I have very recently discovered kettlebells and was just wondering what kind of success people have had with them? Does anyone work out with them solely or as an addition to other weight training? What kind of improvement have you seen in your general definition and strength? And does anyone have any moves they would like to share? I have always shied away from any kind of weight in general but since discovering kettlebells I feel I am really starting to benefit physically and I am interested to know what successes other people have had!
