Gradual Workouts 2 Weeks Post Baby

Pre baby weight was 203, at delivery I was 237. Tomorrow I am 2 weeks postpartum and weighed 216 today. I'm looking to mark my first goal at get back to prebaby weight of 203. Next goal is 180 which is what I was in 2011. 165 is what I was in 2010 and my final goal is 150 which is what I was in 2005.

What are some good gradual workouts to do? Doctor said to walk, but I would like to add cardio. I was thinking of doing level 1 of the 30 day shred. What worked for you?

    You are two weeks out. A freaking human came out of your body. Let it heal. There is no way in Hell you should be doing 30DS at this point, or even 6 weeks out, unless cleared by your doc and you were doing it throughout your pregnancy. Ease into it.
