Hello all!
I've been a long time MFP user, but not consistently. I log on every few days vowing a new start, and then I quickly get off track. I'm looking for some supportive people to do this with, so please add me if you'd like to support each other!
I began my journey at 240.6 lbs in February of 2012. By October, I had dropped to 163 lbs. Since then, I've been completely off my game. I struggled between 163 and 173 for a while, but then I slowly began putting weight back on. Now, I'm at 191.5, and feeling a bit disheartened.
I'm a first year teacher, so I've lost a lot of time that was once dedicated to exercise time. I'm a runner. It is the only way I like to exercise, now, and I'm trying to work out a routine that fits with my busy schedule.
Please add me if you'd like to help each other out!

Welcome back to MFP. I am a runner too - it's the only exercise I really enjoy as well.... although I LOVE spin classes... I just never manage to make the time when there is a class.0
