Running NSV

Just to start this off I opitimise a running hater.

I have never ran. Even at what I considered my 'peak' (16 yrs old, size 8-10, gym for 1.5hrs a week x3) I never set foot on a treadmill. I just wasn't programmed to run. Whatever.

Anyway, 12-14 weeks of solid working out regularly and eating healthily (and that doesn't mean there weren't a few curries and pizzas included!) I'm back to a size 12 (UK sizing) in dresses I took to the pavement today, AFTER my 30DS video and straight ran all the way from my house into the village centre and back out!!!!!!!!!!

Literally I am over the moon with this! I remember at the start of this journey I could barely make it to the end of my road without stopping and panting! I can't wait til tomorrow so I can do it all over again :)

So yeah just thought I would share, I can't believe how much my endurance and fitness level has improved over these last 12 weeks. I will definitely incorporate regular runs into my regime from now!
