Moderate to major spine issues-What types of exercises are you doing in spite of pain (or to ease pain)?

I have scoliosis. I do low impact exercises... strength training using machines instead of free weights, elliptical, treadmill walking on incline, and bike riding for cardio.0

A good yoga class can be good. I say class because you should really go and explain you spine issues before you start.
Also ask your doctor what would work. Check with a Physical therapist?
If you have access to a pool that is the best exercise to build the muscle while not straining.0
