So this is me so far
i'm looking to fix that last point but i don't really know where to start
ideally i'd like some sort of Youtube workout that i can follow to see what i'm meant to be doing BUT i don't really want to invest in any weights, money and space are both pretty tight
when i wanted to start running i followed the C25K program and found that great, i loved slowly building up my ability and being able to tick off each week
so to sum up, i'd like a strength training program with video tutorial that won't require any new equipment and will walk me though like the newbie i am and slowly build up my muscles until i can bring a months worth of shopping upstairs without moaning
any suggestions?
- I've got my diet in check
- I run and swim 3 times a week for my cardio
- I do absolutely no strength training

Google "nerd fitness" for decent programs.
Also pick up anything heavy and climb stairs with it, squat, etc.
I'd do a full-body workout every 2-3 days.0 -
Not really workouts to follow, but check out Elliot Hulse.0
