Erin Stern's Elite Body 4 Week Trainer?

Being more new to the game that not, I've found it incredibly helpful to follow a program. It ensures I'm getting a balanced workout, and trains me on proper nutrition. I'm currently following the 21 Day Fix (today's Day 7!) and I'm enjoying it enough. That being said, I acquired this program through a friend. I am not interested in buying a program. I am not affiliated with BeachBody in any way, shape, or form (nor do I desire to be) and I am NOT going to buy your Shakeology, so please stop asking...
Now that that's been established... ;P
My only real quirk with 21 Day is there's essentially no weight lifting-- like, zero. None. Sure, there might be an exercise or two that uses your "light weights/heavy weights" but the focus is very heavily on cardio (and variations of such). Granted, being a 21 Day "Fix", it's about what I expected, and it's helped me eat a clean diet, so I'm certainly not complaining! The question is though-- what next??
After this, I plan to devote 4 - 6 weeks to German Volume Training (incorporating some sort of cardio on my off days) but then I'll likely be looking for another (primarily weight lifting) program. I stumbled across Erin Stern's Elite Body 4 Week Trainer, and I liked what I saw in the introduction video. It does look as if there's some cardio, but they actually *separate* the days, (you work arms today, legs tomorrow, HIIT the next day) I'm curious if anyone has any experience with this program? Or could recommend a better program to suit my needs? I'm currently at a body fat percentage of 23.5%, looking to get between 15 and 20 (broad, I know-- I'll know where I wanna be the closer I get there).
Thanks!
