Need to keep going 12st 12lbs and stuck goal 10st need support and ideas!!!!!

I have been trying to eat carefully since July this year, but have really got serious about things in the last 2-3mths. I joined a gym with a pool and started out doing 10 lengths that almost killed me, I'm now doing 60 to 100.
I have been in the gym a few times but not doing much in there mostly walking fast and the cross trainer for 10 mins.
I have got myself to 12st 12lbs now I was 14.11ish but for the past week and a half I am at a point where I have got stuck at 12st 12lbs.
I have had some days where I have eaten crap icecream, fish and chips and chocolate but on a weekend not in the week.
I really need some ideas on how to boost things and get the weight and inches dropping again.
Any ideas????
