support about maintaing/eating enough since down to a good weight

Hello,

I lost over a hundred pounds and am now at a good weight (168) I'm 5'11 and super active, but now that I'm seeing myself loose muscle as I continue to workout it seems like i have to eat more but this makes me very uncomfortable because I'm afraid I'm going to get fat again. Usually I have about 300 calories for breakfast, but this morning I had about 620 calories for breakfast and now I am feeling very guilty and unhappy-even though a part of me knows I have to eat more so I can keep working out the way I do...

Is there anyone else out there who is encountering this problem? or one similar to it? Do you have any advice/guidance/support that you could recommend to me?
