Loosing weight with Hypo Thyroid....

Well i ma fairly new to this fitness pal thing but i need help, i have been trying to loose weight with having a thyroid condition and well truthfully i am failing, i exercise/work 7 days a week, i eat well MOST of time, i am not perfect and yet i haven't lost a lb :neutral_face:
Any suggestions would be good

    i feel ya there. I have hypo as well...and since i started working out I've actually gained weight... but it doesn't look like i have...so it must be muscle since I'm the heaviest I've ever been... but i am interested in what other might comment since I'm struggling to actually lose some weight..

    I'm new here too.
