To loss 15kg in 8weeks

My Birthday is coming soon and its sort of a gift to myself

Currently I weight 77kg and for my height my ideal weight is 65kg so thats my goal. I try to go to the gym 3-4 times a week and try to keep my calorie intake to at most 1000 per day. I tried to cut out carbs but still taking cereal, special k (with full cream milk). I take a lot of protein, fish, shrimp, egg whites e.t.c but my weakness, malteasers, Fox cookies.........

I have 12kg to lose in 8weeks that roughly bout 1.5kg per week......hopefully I would be writing my success story soon......cant weight!!!

    Problems with your plan:

    1.5kg per week is not a sustainable goal
    1000 calories a day is NOT enough
    Even if you succeed in losing the weight, you'll likely look grey and drawn by your birthday from undereating and you'll regain most of what you've lost very quickly after the diet ends.

    Eat well (and enough), keep exercising and lose weight at a healthy rate, then tell us of your success.

    It's much healthier to target 1 pound a week for weight loss (around half a kilo/wk) or even less.
    1000 calories is way too low. Instead of melting fat, your body will go into starvation mode (your body metabolism will be shot). Here is a great thread on calculating TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and your calorie targets:
