5:2 diet i need advise

at the beginning i started to lose weight for the last couple of weeks my weight has been at a stand still or ive put on. please take a look at my food dairy and tell me what i can do better where am going wrong etc. i could do with the HELP thank u

    It's hard to tell because of the inconsistencies with your diary. There is a lot of "Quick Add calories" which don't tell what you are eating(high sodium, etc). Maybe try to stay away from the processed foods if you can which usually contain a lot of sodium or choose lower sodium choices. How is your water/liquid intake? Are you mostly drinking water or diet sodas/coffee?

    Might be better to ask in the diet and weightloss section.

    Chances are though, you're not in deficit, if you're not losing. You are probably eating more than you think on the 5 days. Weigh and log accurately and see if that helps :)
