how can I get the last 15 pounds off

The worst is that i can not get my stomach down!! I work out 5 days a week I am feeling great but the tummy will not go away!! help any suggestions from foods to eat and how much time I should spend on sit-ups a day

    Sit-ups won't give you a flat stomach. There's not a special food that will give you a flat stomach.

    You can't pick where you lose fat from. You'll just have to either accept where you are or continue losing body fat.

    I agree. You really can't spot reduce. Sure, you can do exercises that target the core, but not necessarily spot reduce. You need to maintain a calorie deficit to lose the last bit of weight. What are you at for current calories? What types of exercises are you doing? Feel free to add me and we can discuss some more.
