Will it be hard to gain 10 pounds in the most of losing.

This is my sister's account.. I was just playing around with her diary... to pretty much see how much I will need to eat to gain 10 pounds or at least 7 pounds.


I'm 5'6 and around 150... My starting weight was 168... I started at the same time my sister which was around March or April... We cut calories and I did cardio where she didn't. However... I am not thrilled with my results... I miss my weight and want to gain it back.

However, will that be hard to do since my body is in Small portion mode???

  • Lol. I meant that as to say, my body is used to eating small portions. Eating big meals make me full really fast and it cause me to be too full and it hurts.

    I can gain 10 pounds in a week. Maybe less. Go to Costco or something and get cookies, icecream (the biggest tub they sell), lots of bacon, throw in some butter. You don't seem too concerned with gaining muscle vs fat, so just focus on high calorie / high fat foods. Enjoy!
