I just got weighed today on a reliable scale (dr.'s office) and it looks like I've put on about 5 pounds in the past month. I'm a bit perplexed because I believe I've been at a deficit, espcially since I'm really active. However, my logging has been erratic so I started being more accurate. I also changed from logging my activity at "in the zone" to moderate, but I don't see much difference and I'm pretty active.

I suppose it's possible that I was way off, so I'm resigned to this for a while. I also broke my leg about a week and a half ago. I thought perhaps part is from the shock, but I don't think 5 pounds is.

Yeah, I know what to do, etc, but it would be good to have some support. ;-)
