Food is taking over.

I've gone away for a week, I came on Saturday and for the past three days I've gone over my calorie count quite a bit. I'm going to a gym tomorrow morning but when I eat something bad I just don't stop! Not going home until Sunday and I don't want to put any weight on. I feel like I've ruined all my efforts these past 3 days and I feel pretty awful. Advice?

    Nothing worth it is ever easy..

    Don't expect it to be easy.. just don't accept defeat..

    I have loads of bad days.. but my good ones out number them by double.. we all have it. just keep on trucking and you'll get there.
