Either that or give them raisins or carrot-sticks and a lecture on the evils of candy.

I like this guy. I already tax my kids candy bucket when they come home I feel it's time the other kids in the neighborhood get a taste of real life. If they don't have some sort of peddlers license when they come to the door.......citizens arrest!

In my old neighborhood one year I would get 60 kids, and the next - less than 10.
I like to be generous and hand out tons of candy...but with the major fluctuations in kids I would overbuy. So if I were to hand out anything - it would be dollar coins. Cheaper in the long run.
Since I'm going out this Halloween, I'll leave a small bucket of candy on my porch and leave a note to share. Who knows? Maybe some kid won't take it all.0
