Hi I just noticed this! I have 12 kilos to lose and have already lost 32kg in 18 months so I'm a slow steady kind of girl. I have now upped the workouts and strength train twice a week with my trainer and run 4 times a week for 30 mins. I did this with the c25k style app. I'm now moving onto an interval style one. I'm vegetarian but I eat eggs but no dairy and occasional seafood. I appreciate all your advice and wish you all very well on your journeys :-)
