Progression going great, turning the clock back

I am not at my goal yet, but with 10 weeks of effort put in, I have definitely made some strides towards it. I feel totally different, feeling great and the picture tells the tale. My advice to anyone just starting, or feel like they are at a stalemate, don't give up. The diet has been the biggest part of my transition. My workouts are simple, straight forward and not time consuming. 3 times a week less than an hour. So stick to the diet plan that you set up and your workout and change will come.
