I go all day without eating as I don't feel hungry until 5:30pm I have my dinner but once I eat, I feel so hungry and can eat up to 1200cals within a couple hours.

I completely agree with Tavistock toad....
A - why don't you eat throughout the day?
B - eat more calories, your body obviously needs them....

i split my dinner calories.
at 5-6pm i have a bowl of soup with veggies/ added protein.

When you eat a meal, your body starts burning carbohydrates. Then it want to keep burning them. So essentially you "rev" your engine when you eat a meal. To hel p stop the cravings your meals should be heavy on the protein. Protein takes longer for your body to process. So it feels full longer. The later meals in your day should be about 1/2 or more calories from protein and some fat. You will turn on your "engine" without reving it.0

So how much do you eat? You think it is just boredom? Where is the protien and fat? Time to do a little research and change that diet before you have some real issues.0 -
