Going to start making more use of this app

Hi everyone my name is Moe. I have been on the weight loss game for several years, for me my biggest problem is consistency I get on a really good stretch and eat very clean, go to the gym 4-5 days a week but then after a fun night out (those work happy hour that turn into happy hours!) or just pure laziness I fall off the wagon. Trying to stay motivated and fight off the temptation to keep falling off my regiment.

I recently joined a weight loss challenge at work (3 weeks the team with the most % body fat lost) - so here to find that extra motivation to stay on it. Oh and my goal is to lose 40 lbs so I have some work to do :neutral_face:

    Hi Moe, I have a pretty similar situation- do great for about 3 weeks and then... Feel free to add me, my goals are to work out 4-5 times a week, eat better, and loose 60. A co-worker and I are shooting for 20 by Christmas. Good luck!
