Coming Back!!

Hello all,

I am in need of some pep talks! I have been a member for a long while but just getting the hang of things! I have lost 25 pounds since July but it seems like the weight has stopped coming off. Please give me some advice on what to do to get it back to coming off. I walk on a treadmill 30 minutes daily and try to walk atlease 10,000 steps daily (most days I succeed). What are some really good foods to eat to burn fat? I am allergic to seafood (fish, lobster, shrimp etc.). Thanks for all your help!!!

    What is your calorie goal set at? Are you logging accurately? Add me and I'll check out your diary.

    You lose weight faster in the beginning and it slows down the closer you get to goal weight.

    Aim for losing percentages, not quantities of pounds.

    Eat fatty meal then go back to your diet
