Introducing a new food once a week!
In june I will try 1 to 2 new veggie a week. Starting early, I have my spaghetti squash in the oven! Starting List will be as follows:
•Artichoke *Fennel *Leeks *Delicate Squash Growing up in our house it was your basic veggies. Time to broaden my selections!!!
~What are some things you want to try!!

    Add in brussel sprouts
    cut them up throw them in a frying pan add some chopped onions and balsamic. <3

    I'd love to try some bean recipes. I love beans. Anybody got some good recipes? I love black eye peas, lima beans, kidney beans, 12 beans in the pkg., green beans, etc.

    This is a great idea.

    I would recommend eggplant and kabocha.

    My dad grows the best green beans. Our favorite way to fix them is to steam them and eat them cold w a bit of mayo and shoyu.
