I run outdoor rain snow sunny it doesn't matter, I like more to warm up in the cold and I power up, the treadmill when I do weight lift is OK and also very boring.

Running on a treadmill doesn't make you not a runner. Or a failure. It makes you someone who prefers to run on a treadmill.
Personally, a treadmill is my last option for running. It makes my knees feel weird when I'm done. They don't hurt at all, but they feel kind of ... floaty? Like they might dislocate at any step. When I need to run indoors, I use my gym's indoor track instead. It's between 1/9 and 1/10 of a mile long, so it's every bit as boring as a treadmill to me, but no opportunity to watch TV, or read.0
