5 minute pre bed workout

5 minutes before bed. Want to work out a little. What should I do? Go! (Already thinking bodyweight squats and standard-to-forearm planks).
ETA...I hit the gym in the morning. This is just an additional supplement.

I would think any workout would be counter-intuitive to getting the body relaxed and ready to sleep? Maybe yoga or stretching, but nothing more strenuous than that.0

Just try some static stretching maybe. It won't get your adrenaline going and shouldnt' affect your sleep.0
