Middle age and trying to keep myself healthy

Hello there, I have been trying to keep myself motivated working out to lose the weight. I do good for a few weeks then slack off due to crazy work schedule and life in general. I know that is just using excuses. I was into crossfit for a while and absolutely loved it but money and scheduling did not work out. So I am trying to set up and work out at my home and outside. I need encouragement to keep going.
