Hey friends,
I'm kind of in a rut, and I think it's because of the same old crap at the gym. I'm considering going to a club and starting an Insanity group class to get me going again. Have any of you done it and have any advice for me? Would you mind showing me your resluts?!

I would recommend having bigger training goals instead of looking to be entertained by your workout.
But if doing Insanity is a goal that gets you committed- then go for it.0
