I started with this app a year ago...getting on track to being healthy, happy, and in better physical shape. My life took a drastic turn, and now I'm back, but much heavier and unhappy. I've never been a "fit" girl, but I feel as though I hit a new low this time. But, I'm giving this a second chance. I've been exercising 4-5 days a week...trying to walk at least 1.5 miles each time. I've been doing some strength training here and there as well. I know I can stick with it this time...and I know it's not going to be easy. Food has always been my vice when the going gets tough. Here's to second chances!
