Losing inches

Hey all!

I am getting married in a couple months and I really need to lose at least an inch off of my hips. I eat at a deficit with low-carb and I do some long walks and strength training videos. Which exercises would you recommend to lose inches? Should I focus more on cardio, HIIT workouts or strength training?

    Weight training transformed my body in less than 6 weeks.
    And that was with just a couple dumb bells

    The weights will do a lot to change the shape and composition of your body in a short time. Still do the moderate cardio, but I say weights and good nutrition will do the most for you.
