After having a baby I have gained 30 lbs and won't come off. I was already over weight though. So now I am looking to loss 60-70 lbs. This is my first time really committing to counting calories and exercising. I am afraid this whole 1 pound a week will seem like it will take too long and I will get restless and fall off and eat whatever again. I really want to loss this weight and I want to look good and feel better and more comfortable. All advice is welcome! Have a GREAT NIGHT!

One pound a week is really ideal in my opinion, its not a race and you want the transition to a healthy life to be smoother....If you cut too much to fast the chances of being derailed are greater. Good Luck!0

Go slow!! 1 pound a week is awesome. Count off the weeks on a calender and it will give you some motivation :-) you can do it!!!!0

Losing slowly is so much better for you. Trust me, especially now that you've had a baby, time will fly!0
