Hi, My names Matt and Im a 29 yr old male looking to gain some weight without throwing on a spare tyre or looking like Johnny Bravo by the end of it. Any tips or suggestions as to exactly how and what I should gorge myself on would be greatly appreciated, and feel free to add me too.

    Lift heavy and eat a lot of protein... Steak and eggs for breakfast would be a great start..
