"Spinach Dip"

I put it in quotes cuz it's not reeeeally spinach dip, but it was pretty good when I was in the mood for something crunchy with dip.
1 cup frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
It made a decent sized portion and it was just under 200 calories. I used these pretzel crisps to dip for 100 calories. So no, it's not really spinach dip...but it had a similar flavor/texture and i felt like I pigged out for 300 calories.
