T25 or treadmill

Ok. I have about 60 pounds to lose. I want to start incorporating exersize but I don't want to over do it either. I have the t25 and a treadmill. Any suggestions as to what I should do first?

    Which ever one you like to do. I loved t25 and now add it into my routine when I need to. I dont care fir the treadmill so it wouldn't be my first choice. I lost a lot of inches doing t25

    I agree above whatever you love to do!! But I'd really kick some butt with T25 as although it is mainly cardio it does tone you as well as help build muscle. Not as much as other work outs may but it will help over all shape you! :) the thing with cardio is it does make you smaller, but just shrinks the shape you already have. I SAY DO BOTH and you'll see kick butt results! Good Luck! I love T25
