Others have probably posted this somewhere. But i am trying to get better at making food at home (admittedly I love to bake which is bad for dieting!) ANYWAY! I was eating my own cupcakes and looking at our cupcake lists to add and i couldn't help but think since they were homemade they had to be at least a little healthier. So i found this nutrition guide chart that makes it for you via ingredients!

Thanks! I just found out the gingerbread biscuits I made yesterday are 309 calories each0

If you like to bake you might like "Skinny Meatloaf" from the site Skinny Kitchen with Nancy Fox.
It is made with 96% extra lean ground beef, 2 egg whites, and 1 ½ slices whole wheat bread and a few other things.0 -
There's plenty of healthy baked recipes out there! Use your baking to your advantage

The SparkPeople Builder is a lot nicer right now I think (while MFP figures out the bugs), so not bad to use it, and then enter in the result into the MFP database for your items.0
