I'm in too. I figure I will get started with setting my goals for the week now so I am in the right frame of mind to start tomorrow. I plan to walk at least 20 minutes at no slower than 2.8 mph every single day, starting Nov 1. (this week was no slower than 2.5, I am working on bumping up to a run.) Also beginnging tomorrow no soda, even diet. Those are my goals for week 1. My starting weight as of today is 206.9. Shooting for under 205 next Friday.0
