Help!
I do a lot of traveling and find it hard to eat healthy (especially with no kitchen) and keeping an exercise routine goes to the back burner after long days on my feet (10-13 hrs).
Any advice?

My feeling:
If you're on your feet for 10-13 hours, you can probably skip the exercise and be okay. But I do some Pilates in the hotel (planks and what not).
For eating? I tend to use an eating plan like South Beach to help me plan WHAT I will eat when I'm out of my groove.
Good luck0
