Im just starting out on my fitness journey and i am very inexperienced and new to this sort of stuff. My goals are to maintain my current jean size and along the way become toned and fit looking. My problem is that have no idea how much I weigh presently. So does anyone maybe know of any places in the community where i can use the scale?

Walmart. Tape measure 39 cents. Using scale--free. Just put it back.

Here's the kind I use:

Walmart's sewing section also has inexpensive tapes that will work.

Yes, I have had this done at two different gyms. But also our college here has a study and they measure and test fitness levels! It does cost 75 dollars for the whole package... but the measurements are not that much I am sure!0
