High Protein, Low fat dinner ideas please and thank you!

I normally pre-log my food for the week however in an epic space case moment, I cooked dinner for the week then left it out overnight. So dinner is gone and I need a recipe that will somewhat replace it. I am 6g from meeting my fat macro for the day, still need a lot of protein and I have 592 cals to work with. Anyone have a high protein, low fat dinner idea (preferably less than an hour to prep and cook) they can pass my way?

Quiche? Chicken flatbread pizza (YUMMO) .. my favorite chili! 2nd favorite... Curry chicken!
AHI Tuna salad! YUMMO!OK... I am just getting hungry! Only the Quiche and Chili take an hour. The Ahi Tuna and Curry Chicken take about 30 min. If you are interested in a recipe.... let me know!

A salad with grilled/roasted chicken breast and whatever toppings you want?

Chicken tortilla soup (omitting anything that doesn't meet your macros, really just would be toppings)?

Grilled/roasted pork loin chops with some sides?

Chili made with 99% fat free ground turkey?

I make an omelet with 3/4 c of egg whites and a whole egg, and bunch of spinach and sometimes I'll add some grape tomatoes or red peppers. It'll put you 3g over on your fat, but that's not a big deal. You could also do a full cup of egg whites and skip the whole egg. Add a slice of reduced fat swiss cheese, that's 5g of fat, 6g of protein.
