my situp milestone

Today, in my kickboxing class, my body was able to do sit-ups for the first time since I don't remember when. For those of you who can do sit ups, this might not sound like a big deal. However, since I started my kickboxing class a little over a month ago, I have not been able to do sit-ups when the class was doing them. Crunches? Yes, but not real sit ups. Today my body just sat up. Twenties times in fact. And all I have to say is "WOOHOO!" :)

    Way to go!!!!! Great accomplishment!! I have not been able to do them yet with out having some kind of support for my feet...

    Good for you. I think improving your core strength gives you the most noticeable benefits throughout your day. Stronger arms and legs are great, but a stronger midsection is just a lot more helpful, imho.
