Does everyone have their plan in place for Halloween?
Mine is:
- take "tax" on kids' candy as usual (Peanut butter cups are mine!), plus pull the good stuff out of the bowl (bite-sized Mars bars) before the rotten neighborhood kids can get it
- eat only as much that night as my budget allows, which probably means one or two since I won't have time for the gym that day
- put the rest on the "mommy shelf" and have one every few days when I have the budget for it and the chocolate munchies strike.
What's your plan?

It's the one time of year I avoid the apples. Thanks, mom, for instilling in me a strong sense of paranoia. Not to mention, that horrible Pinterest joke involving "caramel onions..."
No kids here, but I share the chocolate with my niece and nephew.
