How much can you bench?!

Maxed out yesterday and got up to 95lbs! Wondering what other women are benching!

  • I've never tried to max out, and I'm pretty new to lifting, I can do 3 sets of 8-10 reps of 65 right now.

    Honestly there not too many reason to max out on any lifts. I do because I want to know what my maxes are.

    don't worry about what other women are benching- just focus on you.

    I do 3 sets of 8. First set at 147 lbs. Second 2 sets at 135 lbs.

    Bench 150 for 15reps right now. My numbers way down from two years ago. Maybe a 205 or 215 max. Sad because I was at 300
