introducing myself

hey friends. i'm a 28 year old male, american, 5'10", 230 lbs. i'm usually around ~200 with no trouble, but i've really let myself go. i'm looking to get down to 170, around where i was in high school (don't we all?). i've never exactly been svelte, i've always had a bulky upper body and even when i ran cross country i was never skinny. that's fine, i'm just hoping to look a bit better and be healthier altogether.

i've used myfitnesspal before, and i noticed when i use it on a daily basis, my eating & exercise habits improve tremendously. i have a really hard time with portion control, comfort eating, etc., and my biggest hurtles to success are motivation & perseverance, so it helps when i'm accountable to other people, and vice-versa. if you wanna help motivate me, i'll try and help you. thanks!
