How to gain muscle from practically nothing.

So I'm gaining muscle. My arms are really skinny, I'm not that tall, and I have a long journey ahead of me if I want to get my muscle. I'm starting from nothing. I've always wanted to have a nice toned body with muscles and be stronger. I've worked out before and got the results I wanted, so I know if I stick with this I can do it. I can't go to a gym, or afford any good equipment. This weekend I'm going out to look for weights, but that's about all the equipment I could get. I've looked up what I could do and the best exercises, but a lot of that good stuff requires a lot of equipment. So that sends me back down to square one.
So pretty much what I'm asking is
This is a lot I'm asking for but I could really use some help and advice. Anything is appreciated.
So pretty much what I'm asking is
- What is a good routine to get into?
- What could I use besides a bunch of gym equipment?
- What should my diet and eating habit be like/ best foods to eat?
- What are good exercises that could help?
- How long should my workouts be?
- How long should I rest before working out again
- How long will it take it for me, a girl who is 5 foot,106 pounds, with skinny body parts. (My arms especially.) An estimate would be nice
This is a lot I'm asking for but I could really use some help and advice. Anything is appreciated.

Have you looked into You Are Your Own Gym (YAYOG)? I have the app on my phone. I think the basic app is free (you can pay to unlock videos) and it's pretty much all done without equipment. I can't really help you too much on your other questions but def look into YAYOG.0

Yep, You Are Your Own Gym and Convict Conditioning are both really good books for working out with progressive bodyweight moves. They tell you how to make them challenging in order to build muscle and strength without equipment.
But if you'd also like a bit of equipment, seriously, Craigslist.0 -

Meh, she actually went into more detail and asked more questions. I wouldn't consider this a double post.0
