(This Is my sisters account) Ok, well I'm trying gain back 7 pounds... I lost too much weight.. Not happy with the way Iook now... Therefore I want to try to put back on at least 7 pounds. I lost 14 pounds in total in a 6 months span... Cutting calories and working out. I lost More so body fat than weight.
However, my body is used to small portions and it's used to 1400 calories a day... I'm too full to eat anything else.
I want to gain 7 pounds by December... For a event. I looked better with my little weight.
Any advice on how to consume 2,300 calories a day?

Just do everything you think you shouldn't on a diet: avoid anything that makes you feel full artificially (soup, coffee etc.), eat high fat foods like peanut butter, avocado and olive oil, and don't be scared of 'bad' food.0
