Hello! I'm brand new to myfitnesspal.
I'm 5'8 on the nose, and currently 135lbs, and I want to get down to 120lbs (gradually) Do you think that is to low?
If not I'm thinking of just staying at 125lbs.
What are your opinions?
Thanks!

Technically you'd be just above underweight, but whether it would be right for you depends on your build. Personally, it probably wouldn't suit me to have a BMI that low. Good thing is, if you get there and don't like it you can just gain0

I don't think so! I am 5'9 and my goal is in the 120 area. I am small framed though, so I couldn't give you a definite answer! Whatever weight you feel your best at, reach for it
good luck!

It definitely depends on your frame. I am 5'9" and my goal is at the most 200 lbs. In high school I was almost 200 pounds (180-190) and a size 8, I can't imagine what 120 would have been!
If it looks good on your frame and you are healthy, I say go for it!0 -

I am 5'7 and 128 pounds but would like to weigh 120-122.
Feel free to add me!
Are you a runner too?0
