Syncing

I am a new user and confused about the references here to syncing. My fitbit syncs wirelessly which is one of the things I love. Do I have to do something different to have MFP and FB to sync?

    no. I think what people are talking about is that sometimes the app and website don't sync flawlessly and you have to force the app to sync
