Ok. This is my upteenth time trying to lose weight. I have done HCG twice and lost 30lbs just to gain them back as i went back to my old patterns. I am a single mom who is a new empty nester. I am at the place I have the motivation, energy and time to focus on me.

This time i am trying to move slowly and do this so that it will last. I am 5 weeks in. This is hard. so far i have lost 13lbs. I don't have the same old cravings anymore, except bread. i feel like i have to see this different and that i have viewed this as dieting and not just a lifestyle.

I am looking to connect with some friends. i don't have a strong weight loss friend base. I need encouragement and want to encourage others to reach their goals.

    wow! good job on losing 13!! :) u can add me if u want.. :) i love meeting new friends.. :) now with common interest to lose weight and be healthy... :)
