Hello, I am brand new here and looking for support wherever I can find it. After having my first child my weight has just ballooned over the past 6 years from being 130lbs to now 190lbs. Part of the issue was also moving to a new country (Europe from USA) and now the foods available are just so different so I have fallen into the pit of eating 600 calorie croissants for breakfast and a full size baguette with cheese for dinner! Not the best. So now I am trying to take hold of my life and get back to where I was 6 yrs ago. All support is welcome.
