Low caloric intake---no appetite

So I'm relatively active. I workout doing cardio and weight lifting (nothing intense) 4-5 days per week for about 1hr. Im also a vegetarian (lacto/ovo) and I'm finding it hard to eat all the recommended calories. I'm 5'6 and weight about 170 (a week ago...I have anxiety when I weight myself). My goal is to get back to 145/150 and lean. Any suggestions? I've been supplementing with protein but still not reaching my recommended intake.

If you feel full after meals then I would recommend eating another meal throughout the day. If you don't feel full after a meal, then eat more. Have you tried different foods than what you are currently eating?? I'm working on become vegan so my go to foods (especially in the Fall) are sweet potatoes, yams, sprouted lentils, and barley. I make a killer barley and lentil dish with some carrots cooked in veggie broth.0

Calorie dense foods like nuts and avocados. Higher fat calories doesn't to meet calories needs doesn't translate to adding fat to the body unless one is in surplus.

Sounds good and no I'm a creature of habit...(a habit I'm trying to break lol) but I mostly eat the same stuff. Lots of spinach mushrooms 1 serving of brown rice a day and usually a morning star black bean pattie0 -

I've totally forgotten about nuts...I love cashews I could eat a serving or two of those a day to boost me up...should I be eating more after my workouts? My polar says I usually burn 600-700 calories per workout...or does that not matter...I'm a bit confused about eating back calories.0 -
